Finally I decided to ride my bike five miles a day as a way to lose weight, ended up, this was just another failed attempt on my journey to permanent weight loss.
I just couldn't maintain the physical schedule of going to the gym or finding time to ride my bike after work, and worst of all, this left very little time to spend with my wife and son; needless to say, they were not happy about that.

Still facing the threat of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and other illnesses related to being overweight, I knew I had to get the extra pounds off as soon as possible.
