How to Lose Fat - Easy and Stress Free

You find yourself gaining weight and experiencing more difficulty fitting into some of your clothes. What do you do? You get into this sort of crash diet. While you do lose weight almost instantly, you're actually not doing your body any favors.
Immediate loss is unhealthy. To get into tiptop shape, you need a change in lifestyle. Remember, it takes more than just fat loss. Healthy weight loss also requires that you gain some muscle. But before you start that diet, there are things you can think about so that you keep your eye on the prize.
Why You Need to Stick to Your Diet
While dieting is admittedly challenging, here are some weight loss motivation tips that could help you:
  1. When you eat healthy, you give your body the ammunition to fight off diseases.
  2. You extend your lifespan.
  3. It's nice to fit into those old clothes.
  4. You'll have the energy to sustain you throughout an active day.
  5. You can actually look and feel good when you're out in the beach.
  6. Dressing up is a lot better if you feel good about your body.
  7. People who are more fit look younger.
With those things in mind, don't you think you live your life better if you can enjoy all the benefits? While many do make the effort to slimming and toning their body, they also don't know about the mistakes they make. They starve themselves and abuse their bodies as if their system could really take that much stress. The truth is, if you don't think about what to do to yourself, your health will really pay the big price sooner or later.
How to Stick to Your Diet Plan
To achieve healthy weight loss, follow these rules and try to imbibe them into your daily routine so you can finally say goodbye to unwanted fat:
  1. Get enough rest. Experts say at least 6 hours of sleep a day is enough to maintain your healthy metabolism. If you deprive your body of the rest it needs, the fat-burning process inside your body slows down significantly. You may find yourself gaining weight even if you eat less.

  2. Include as much fruits and vegetables into your meals. There are many wonderful recipes out there that help you enjoy a vitamin-rich feast.

  3. Eat in smaller and more frequent amounts each day. It takes around 10 minutes for your stomach to signal your brain that it is full. Chew slowly and use smaller plates. You may fool your brain into thinking that it's had enough when you use smaller containers and if you'll have to make the effort to stand up and get another helping.

  4. If you're craving for junk or sweets, think of that fat juicy slices instead. If you still want to eat that steak, then you're probably truly hungry. Then, binge out on fruit slices and veggie sticks.

  5. Never miss out on breakfast. You end up eating more during the day if you skip your very first meal.

  6. Make exercise a part of your routine. Around 3 to 4 times of exercise weekly keeps your muscles strong. The more muscles you gain, the better your metabolism works.

How To Lose Hip Fat: 3 Killer Methods!

OK so, you're obviously searching for some good information on 'how to lose fat on hips'. Well you've found what you were looking for.
In this article I'll share with you three excellent methods on how to skim the fat off your muffin top, and sculpt the perfect curves you've always wanted. I'll discuss the best cardio workouts and ideas for exercising at home for free, even for busy mums and workaholics. I believe the key to losing weight and keeping it off is such a simple one.
I know you've heard this before, but that's cause it's true...
It's all about making those small changes to your life. Changing diet habits and maybe stepping out of your comfort zone now and again. Research shows that it takes 21 days for your mind to embrace these small changes as habits. And you know habits are tough to kick.
The simple fact is, people usually become overweight because they eat and drink more calories than they burn off. Although many people that have had a weight problem most of their lives would have you believe that their just big boned, or heavy set. This is simply not true. Everybody can have the slender body they desire. It all comes down to what we eat and how active we are. So lets get started...
1. Think healthy eating: If you have unwanted excess fat around you hips, chances are your a bit chunky else where. Of course we can target these specific area with exercise, but first lets talk about how we can start to drop a few pounds...
Its important to know: An average woman should consume about 2000 calories a day, and a man around 2500 calories. You should always check you BMI (body mass index) to get an accurate count. Get use to reading food packaging for calorie information to get a good measure of the amount you consume with each meal.
To start losing weight, drop 500 calories of your daily requirement. Do this and you'll shed pounds quickly and healthily. It's a good idea to make realistic weekly goals and write them down. Keep a record of your progress too, and write down any recipe ideas you have to spice up the odd, weeknight meal.
Take an interest in food in general. There's so much information out there about what's good for you. You could start by swapping breads, cereals, rice and pasta for wholegrain varieties. These contain more fibre which can make you feel full for longer.
Also, raid the kitchen for any high fat, high sugar foods. These must go if you want to eliminate all temptation. Well, you could always find a lower calorie version, if you can't live without some of them.
2. Membership fitness: So what does the word 'exercise' mean to you? This is a question you should ask yourself. Was there a time in you life when you enjoyed going to a fitness or dance class? Were you a regular gym goer or part of a sports team? Is there something you once enjoyed doing but life got in the way?
One exercise I would recommend to lose fat on your hips is dancing. Where I live in the UK, dancing is the fastest growing art for, and is certainly sweeping the nation. From Hip-Hop to the foxtrot, millions of people are regularly attending community dance groups and loving every minute of it.
Dancing has to be one of the most enjoyable ways to get some exercise. It's a perfect workout for losing weight, improving posture and firming up your body, all while your having fun.
Going to the gym or attending a fitness class is not only fantastic for losing weight and shaping your body, it will also give you drive and motivation. A great advantage here is to go with a friend or family member. This will encourage you both. On the other hand, if exercising in public is not your thing, this next tip is for you...
3. DIY fitness: There are many exercises you could do outside the confines of the gym. In fact, you could easily workout your hips, legs, bum, and pretty much everything else in the privacy on your home.
For me, the best free workout to burn calories, get fit and strip the fat off your hips is running. Don't be scared to try it! For some, the idea of some much exertion puts them off. But running is like anything else, the more practice you put in, the better you get. You simply start by walking. Then brake into a light jog. Do this in small bursts (depending on your fitness level) until you are comfortable with one or two miles.
My advice would be to run three or four days a week, a few miles at a time. Increase your weekend run (the long run) by, maybe 20% once a week, but keep your weekly runs the same distance throughout. One more thing: Your weight WILL drop dramatically!
If running isn't for you, try brisk walking. If the outdoors don't appeal at all, here's a great exercise you could do, even if you've got the busiest lifestyle with the kids or career. All you need is a flight of stairs and a pair of legs...
Walk up and down your stairs several times for two minute, or until you feel the burn. Then rest for 1 minute and repeat. Do this four times and that's your twelve minute workout, which can be repeated a few times a day (when kids are in school or gone to bed).
Also try step exercise on the first step. Step up and down for one - two minutes, then rest for one minute and repeat. You could easily design your own 45 minute workout using these simple exercises, or brake them up into morning, afternoon, evening sessions. I've tried these stairs exercises myself, and believe me, you will feel your hips, bum and legs turn to jelly. A small price to pay to feel fantastic for the rest of the day.

Lose Fat Without Moving A Muscle

Lose fat without moving a muscle, sounds to good and easy to be true right? Not really... I have learned that losing weight is really all about understanding your own body and how it reacts to different kinds of foods. Learning all about your personal metabolism is the key to successful weight loss, by that I mean permanent weight loss.
Believe it or not FOOD is the best medicine for weight loss. Whether you are male, or female, have diabetes, a thyroid condition or in many cases, just poor genes, learning to understand your personal metabolism and eating, yes eating will allow you to lose weight safely and keep it off.
Sounds crazy, but I am living proof that it works, and I would like to briefly share my story with you on how I was able to get the excess fat off and keep it off.
After high school, or more like when I hit 30 years old, my body started to hold onto and store every piece of fat I put in to it. It was almost like my metabolic clock had stopped ticking, and by the time I realized what was happening, it was 50 pounds too late, and the beginning of the end as for as enjoying many of the foods I had been eating all my life..
I thought as most people still do today, dieting and lots of exercise was the only way to lose the fat and get back to a comfortable size again. Oh boy... was I in for a reality check! Losing just five pounds, not to mention 50 pounds was almost impossible.
For awhile, I just stopped trying to lose weight and let myself go. For the first time in my life, I had love handles. Maybe this sounds familiar to you, but don't give up... there is a way for you to lose fat without moving a muscle and you can do it by eating, not dieting!
Being somewhat health conscience, I knew that I couldn't just go on letting myself go and let my health continue to deteriorate. Initially I began walking to lose weight, and I did see some results, but after a while nothing.
Next, I advanced to jogging to lose weight, I lost a few pounds, but was not able to maintain jogging 3-4 times a week after a long hot day of working on ac units.
Finally I decided to ride my bike five miles a day as a way to lose weight, ended up, this was just another failed attempt on my journey to permanent weight loss.
I just couldn't maintain the physical schedule of going to the gym or finding time to ride my bike after work, and worst of all, this left very little time to spend with my wife and son; needless to say, they were not happy about that.
All the physical effort was basically in vain, and at this point in my life, I never imagined that I would be able to actually lose fat without moving a muscle, the concept just didn't register in my mind at that time.
Still facing the threat of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and other illnesses related to being overweight, I knew I had to get the extra pounds off as soon as possible.
I started doing a lot of reading about different types of diets, everything from the no sugar, low carbohydrate diets to the no protein diets, to counting calories and almost starving myself to death.
I tried just about everything in order to get the weight off, but nothing worked consistently. Trying these different diet programs, forced me to change my daily routine quite drastically, and working a full-time job made this very difficult to do.
In the end analysis, that's the reason why nothing actually worked for me, and I never saw any real weight loss results, just more fat build up and the pounds came right back.
Even after trying all of the above, I continued to struggle with my weight for many more years; however, about two years ago, I started to study my own body from a different approach.
I tried to notice the foods that bloated me and the ones that made me fill full, or the ones that satisfied my hunger for longer periods of time.
I was determined to find something that worked for me personally, and after much trial and error, I started to see changes in my body, changes for the better; this was very encouraging and gave me hope that I could lose fat without moving a muscle, so to speak.
Even though I didn't know it at the time, my journey to successful and permanent fat loss had begun. Once I discovered that I could lose fat without moving a muscle, I knew this was the right choice for me.
I have lost weight and I have been able to keep it off for the past two years now. This is fantastic because I didn't have to make any major lifestyle changes to do it.
In fact, I have actually been able to eat most anything I want to and still maintain my desired size and weight. Just think about this, weight loss without diets, stressful exercise programs, planned meals (which can become very expensive over time), calorie counting, or having to give up most of the foods you really enjoy, seems to good and easy to be true right?
Take it from me, an average hard-working, Husband, Dad, and HVAC mechanic who has proven that this is the ideal way to lose fat and pounds. Anyone can lose weight once they understand their personal metabolism.
Weight loss does not have to be difficult, and I am the proof that it can be done without any major restraints and life style changes.
